What kind of charging service do you provide?
We provide mobile EV charging, including emergency charging, on-site charging, roadside EV assistance, and battery diagnostics.
Do you bring charging equipment to my location?
Yes. Our service is mobile, so we come to where your EV is parked and provide charging support on site.
What is included in the basic membership?
The basic annual subscription includes 60 kWh per membership. Additional charging is billed at $60 per 20 kWh.
What is included in the Premium membership?
The Premium annual membership includes 120 kWh per membership. Additional charging is billed at $40 per 20 kWh.
Do memberships include priority scheduling?
Yes. Both membership options include priority scheduling along with mobile charging support.
What areas do you serve?
We serve Marblehead and nearby communities including Salem, Swampscott, Lynn, Beverly, Peabody, Danvers, Nahant, Saugus, Boston, Revere, and Chelsea.
Can you help if my EV battery is nearly empty?
